Faith Forge LabsSingapore / Digital work, made practical

Stop rebuilding the same record in the next tool.

Connect systems your team already knows while making ownership, failures and corrections easier to follow.

Follow the handover

Choose one record moving between tools: a confirmed booking, an approved quote or a customer update. We identify the fields, the source that owns each one and the event that should start the transfer. A connection should implement an agreed business handover rather than move every available field just because an API exposes it.

Work can cover provider discovery, field mapping, authentication, scheduled transfers, callbacks and a staff queue for exceptions. Your organisation retains account ownership and recovery. We use delegated access where available and document the connection your team will need to maintain.

Give failed transfers a next action

A retry needs to know whether the destination already accepted a request. Duplicate callbacks, interrupted connections and corrected source records are ordinary review cases. Staff should be able to identify what needs attention without reading a technical error trace or reimporting an entire day of work.

Test with the people receiving the data

Operations and finance may interpret the same status differently. Use a fictional complete case in both systems and ask each team to explain its current state. For InvoiceNow or another specialist provider workflow, confirm your supported arrangement and responsibilities before implementation.

Bring redacted sample records, provider documentation and a description of the manual fallback. Invoice workflow development covers finance handovers in more detail; reporting tools may suit a read-only view rather than a two-way connection.
