Work directly with the person reviewing and building the solution.

A practical first step

I stay involved in understanding the process, examining current tools, agreeing the scope, developing and testing the solution, and handing it over.

The work might be choosing a better product fit, connecting existing systems, building a small internal tool or repairing software that the team still relies on.

Clear responsibilities

Your organisation supplies approved business rules, content and authorised access and names the people who can accept changes. Specialist requirements receive the appropriate review arranged for the project.
